Cleveland and Cookie pretend to be a married couple so that she can enter an exclusive club. But can they keep up the facade? Meanwhile, Junior is accused of stealing a candy bar by Rallo and he is grounded for the theft. Rallo is let off the hook, but Junior isn't. Angered and upset by this injustice, Junior finally gets Rallo to confess to stealing the candy bar.
