Rallo starts to enjoy pranking his family, but his pranking goes too far when Junior is wrongfully removed from the scouts for indecent exposure after Rallo sabotages his presentation. Cleveland decides to teach Rallo a lesson by supposedly getting him arrested for his actions, but his plan backfires when Rallo runs away.
