During a routine procedure , a complication occurs and Stuart is called in. He sees the complication should have been taken cared of by her previous doctor. He discovers that there were other patients who were treated by the same doctor who developed complications or died. Stuart sets out to find out if the man is incompetent , problem the man is revered in his community.
