Sally is overjoyed to see her daughter, but the feeling is not mutual. Macy Alexander only wants her mother's money while Sally wants to spend time with the resentful college graduate. Ridge pressures Caroline to reveal why she wants his help canceling Thorne's travel plans. Caroline admits that Thorne's urge to start a family is too much for her. Later, Ridge informs Brooke that he decided against the New York getaway. Kristen has second thoughts about her husband jumping ship to Spectra Fashions. Clarke asks Kristen not to tell Eric that his new job is with Sally. Margo informs Bill that she has reason to believe that Kristen is having a secret which could well be the end for her marriage. Bill realizes that Clarke is Mark's father.
