Unlike previous series, the fourth season was filmed in Melbourne rather than Sydney, with the four houses to be renovated located in the inner-city suburb of Richmond.
The season was ultimately won by Polly Porter and Warwick "Waz" Jones, who were the only couple to sell their property at auction.

Day 10Scott Cam hosts this reality television series that sees four or five couples with a prior relationship renovating apartment blocks or houses. The homes or apartments are then sold at auction, with each couple keeping any profit made above a set reserve price and the couple with the highest profit winning a A$100,000 prize.
