Losing the challenge to the Blue team, Reds enjoy train hard in the pool, while Blues dine in style.Victory however, is short lived as contestants are forced into an intense last mintue training session before their first weigh in.With expectations high, the contestants face the scales for the first time since they entered the house.Who's hard work will pay off and who could be going home if their team fails to win weigh in.
