S3 • E10 Jun 18, 2004 25mBlinky Bill is very angry because no one remembers his birthday. Tico gives him a tracking devise as a "birthday present". The Circus Bros. use it to follow him. Meanwhile, in Greenpatch, Marcia, Splodge and Shifty try to come up with a "Blinky Bill Birthday Bash" in Blinky's honour. Marcia whips up a gum leaf birthday cake, Shifty brings in the music, and Splodge builds a waterslide. But this soon results in an argument between the three.
