Casey refuses to move the house, but Cody wants to lift it himself to save his investment. That is when disaster strikes. Meanwhile, Randy wins a sweet little house in excellent condition on the exterior but with a big surprise inside. If he can completely transform the bizarre feature walls, old carpeting and outdated kitchen, this house can turn a pretty profit at auction time.
