Based on the US format titled Temptation Island, the transmission tells the story, the events, the feelings and the destiny of six couples of popular and well-known unmarried and childless characters, kept for three weeks in a village. The couples, placed in separate groups (men on one side, women on the other), are "tempted" by thirteen single women and thirteen single men respectively. Subsequently, each week the members of the respective couples are called to the bonfire to show videos of the respective partner and get an idea about the decisions to take in the last bonfire where at the end of the 21 days they will decide whether to continue or interrupt their love story.

E1First EpisodeThe first episode of Temptation Island VIP's first edition is full of emotions and twists. Valeria Marini seems to have seriously undermined her relationship with Patrick because of her flirt with the single Ivan. It's not better for the other couples: Nicoletta in tears accuses Stefano of treating women badly, Sossio and Ursula fight even before entering the village and Giordano seems to have not overcome the betrayal of Nilufar. In the end the entrepreneur Fabio after the third day wants to leave with his Marcella. The couple surprisingly leave the program, but Marcella is disappointed. - Second Episode

After Fabio and Marcella's exit, Simona Ventura led viewers into the stories of the couples still in play. In this episode those who abandoned the transmission together after a heated confrontation bonfire were Stefano and Nicoletta. Valeria Marini seems to sink into a black crisis, but manages to console herself with Ivan. In the end eyes focused on Giordano and Nilufar, but their confrontation bonfire is postponed until the following Tuesday. - Third Episode
