Tokka returns after her presumed death in The Ever-Burning Fire (2016), and finds out that her baby (whom Raphael had adopted as Chompy Picasso) has been taken from her. Determined to get him back, she crash lands on Earth. This leads up to an intense battle between her, the Earth Protection Force, and the Turtles who call upon the aid of the Utroms to stop her.
