The first episode sees the Picton castle finally sets sail but not before the new crew learn all about the ins and outs of the sailing life. Tearful goodbyes are said and the ship heads out into the North Atlantic seas making its way to Panama. The 45 members on-board adjust the the cramped living conditions and deal with their sea-sickness. As they get to know each other and make friends, a new romance is formed on the stormy seas.
