Turner and Taler, out to prove the boy's Innocence, discover that he values his friendship more than his freedom. While Amy fights for the boy's rights, Turner plunges into the depths of the creek trade, makes a deal with the fugitive kid and puts his life on the line to rescue him from his ruthless suppliers. Despite Turner's efforts, the police will not drop the charges and the true depths of the two boys' friendship is put to the acid test.
