The main characters of the series are two pairs of parents of spouses Ania and Mateusz. The young people go on holidays bought last minute and want to leave their 7-year-old daughter, Maja, in the care of their grandparents. As a result of a mistake, both Ania's parents from the countryside and Mateusz's parents, who live in the big city, come to look after their granddaughter.
