Documentary exploring obesity from several different perspectives, beginning with people who believe their size is stopping them from getting a job. Debbie weighs 21st and has a long list of ailments and illnesses that she says have contributed to her obesity and mean that she simply cannot work, while 35st Les wants the NHS to fit him with a gastric band, but first he must lose weight. Barry is 31st and has applied for more than 100 jobs in the last six months, but believes that his problem is that potential employers take one look at him and say he is simply too fat to work.
