In the first match, Hawaiian transplant Chef Shaymus Alwin calls out Hawaiian native Chef Colin Hazama to prove he is the master of Hawaiian cuisine. Then, Top Chef alum Chef Joe Flamm calls out his former boss, Iron Chef Stephanie Izard, in a deep dish battle for Chicago turf.
