Judging from the traces left at the scene, it seems likely that the origins are connected to Bundrio. But strangely enough, Bundrio himself has no idea. While everyone is scratching their heads, a mysterious man appears who is meddling in Joe and Genba's work. This man, wrapped in chaos, calls himself the best cleaner in the universe.
