When you walk into a Goodwill, Savers, Salvation Army, or any other thrift store and expect to find t-shirts for $5 but you're met with a $40 price tag instead, you tend to get a bit upset. What's the deal with these HIGH thrift prices nowadays? It can't _just_ be inflation can it? There HAS to be more to this story. Today we get to the bottom of these outrageous thrift prices.
