Stone Trek

Season 1

An animated mish-mash parody of both 'Star Trek' and 'The Flintstones', depicting what a Stone Age version of the original Trek series might have been like on the Flintstones' TV set. Nine episodes were produced In the Flash format between 2000 & 2002, eight of them two-parters and the ninth a music video based on the 'Star Trekkin' parody song. Brian Matthews is the show's creator & producer, with Jim Jenkins as writer and Wally Fields as voice talent. One interesting aspect of the show was soliciting actual viewers to send photos of themselves to be caricaturized as a Redshirt character, being killed off in some comical mishap during the course of the story.
