Pirate Kybo Ren-Cha has high-jacked a fuel transporter piloted by Jessica Meade and the droids. The pirates also capture Jann Tosh, who is accompanying her in an R22 A-Wing starfighter and take them to their hidden base on the planet Tarnoonga. While captain Kybo plans to make Jessica his consort, Jann is thrown into the sea to be devoured by the Miridon sea monster.
