Star Trek: Enterprise Ratings & Reviews
- darthtoonSeptember 3, 2025There hasn't been a decent Star Trek on television since this went off the Air. This deserved a Season Five.
- Dom CaracappaSeptember 5, 2025The hypothetical Season 5 of Enterprise is the greatest "What If" in the Star Trek canon. A ship-wide refit? Crewman Shran? What other wonders were in store for a show that had finally found its footing after burning through the post-9/11 fever and other cultural failings of G. W. Bush's America? I'll always love Enterprise but it will always have an asterisk next to its name... For of all sad words of tongue or pen, The saddest are these, 'It might have been!'
- Chris Chatterje-DoodyOctober 3, 2025The weakest of the original five series of Star trek whilst somewhat of a change in direction for the series was nothing compared to what would be done to it in later years. Re-viewing bears up surprisingly well through the dirty leans of modern trek. Its all here, slow paced exploration in season 1 and 2 giving way to longer story arcs in 3 and sequential mini series in 4 and yeah it has its good and bad bits. But then so did all the other series in the franchise. The telling thing is how much i as a fan now want the never made series 5 or some other continuation of it. And you'll not hear me saying the same of discovery. The last of the truly good treks at least for now...
- DisentSeptember 1, 2025It was always a great show but the boomers didnt realize how good we had it, now you have discovery and picard and strange new turd...tsk, tsk
- flavo43December 25, 2025When Star Trek: Enterprise was announced, I was genuinely excited. Like many fans, I was ready for another series following the success of The Next Generation era and its spin-offs. Unfortunately, Enterprise just didn’t work for me. The retro aesthetic, while interesting in theory, went too far and ended up influencing the storytelling in ways that felt limiting rather than refreshing. I was especially disappointed by the heavy reliance on time-travel plots, which quickly became repetitive and undermined the show’s attempt to stand on its own. World-building felt constrained, and instead of confidently establishing a strong new foundation for Star Trek, the series often seemed unsure of its direction. Rather than boldly exploring humanity’s early steps into deep space, it leaned too much on familiar gimmicks. There were moments of promise, but overall it failed to feel like a meaningful continuation of the franchise. For me, Enterprise marked a low point that effectively stalled Star Trek on television until the Kelvin timeline revived interest years later.
