Iza Rosa has to solve a delicate case that may threaten a political scandal. An Israeli citizen went missing in Wrocław. A foreigner came to the city to learn about his family's past. However, this was not understood by some residents. There is strong reason to believe that the man's disappearance has racist overtones. Meanwhile, the search for a dangerous criminal, nicknamed "The Surgeon", has come to an end. However, the case has a terrifying ending, because among the murdered victims of "The Surgeon", the police found evidence that one of them was Julia Pakulska. There is a huge blow for Kowalski, as a result of which the technician disappears without a trace and no one knows where he is or what happens to him.
