Spider-Man and Daredevil join forces and barely escape a burning building, but not before Spider-Man collects the necessary data to clean Peter Parker's name in a compact disk . Once they are out, Daredevil reveals him that their real enemy is Wilson Fisk, who gave himself the nickname of "Kingpin". Later, Mary Jane helps a still fugitive Peter Parker to visit his Aunt May at the hospital. Wilson Fisk tells Smythe a part of his story.
