There are some people in this world that just flip out when they get pulled over. However, a driver pulled over in Maryland does just that to his vehicle. You would think someone working at a car wash would have a clean car. This was not the case for one in Oak Lawn who gets pulled over by police. Spring break is featured in this episode.
