Marooned in the PastCorry and Happy trace Zarra and Groata, two time-traveling criminals, to 20th Century Earth. While trying to pinpoint their location, the Space Patrol men arouse the suspicions of a police detective who suspects they know more about a series of strange events that have occurred recently in his city than they are letting on. Corry and Buzz trace the two criminals to Zarra's bookstore where, under the influence of Zarra's Z-ray, they are forced to reveal the presence of their scout car - the only way they can return to their spaceship orbiting high above earth.
