When Jarvis names Mrs. Bubkes Knickknack's new Vice-President, her first order of business is releasing a new toy - Brrrzooka, the water gun that converts water into snow and fires snowballs. She plans to sabotage the toy, turning it into a deadly icicle launcher, causing a catastrophe for Knickknack. But Mrs. Bubkes stole the idea from Piper - who's jealous Mrs. Bubkes got the promotion, and has sabotage on her mind too.
