The Sodam I’ve seen is really clear, so so bright, kind, and is a friend that is hard to find anything harsh about. Of course, I haven’t seen her for a long time, but, by getting to know the person Sodam through the program ‘Gamsung Camping’, ah, I’ve really met such a good friend. This is really lucky. Is something that I feel more as time passes. Other than when she’s acting, Sodam who gives off a vibe which seems to make her even more charming. When acting, her eyes change completely.. You’re supposed to do 3 sets for 4 minutes at once for a total of 12 minutesㅎㅎ You may think it’s short, but once you try it, wow.. And Don Spike has given me a lot of help and always cheered me onㅎㅎ I heard he opened a restaurant, so I kept saying I have to go, I have to go, but constantly couldn’t. I Failed My Diet Eating 10,000 Calories…Today’s challenge that I prepared really ambitiously! It is me trying to show an upgraded frappuccino mukbang with various Starbucks RTD Frappuccino recipes!!! Though, I’m not sure if it’s a mukbang...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ First, thank you to Big Yong unnie for doing this with me for the ingredients and visualsㅎㅎ I bought all sorts of ingredients from the market myself, and made this after various ideas. What are Solar’s comfortable workout clothes?! (Lululemon/Xexymix/Andar, etc.)When working out, the thing you obviously wear is sportswear! There are also a lot of people working out for healthy bodies lately since it’s summerㅎㅎ I wear sportswear a lot, to the point where it’s almost daily, so I’m going to try to recommend good ones. I usually wear leggings and tops a lot. There are occasionally different kinds though ㅎㅎ This is strictly my personal preference, so please just use this as reference :))) Personal preferences definitely differ a lot with sportswear. I’m the type that really prefers comfortable things, and leggings are really diverse depending on the material. I asked Yongwangnims through the community section to comment which look from my early debut days they wanted to see, and really a lot of Yongwangnims commented!!ㅎㅎㅎ Thank you :) While preparing this video, I looked at all my early debut looks and it was somewhat refreshingㅎㅎ Though, it hasn't really been that longㅎㅎ Clearly, since I've attempted a lot of things, I think my hair, makeup, and outfits changed a lot since my early debut days. Surviving from stiff hair after bleaching (feat.3WAAU)I wanted to change my hair up as I was preparing for MAMAMOO+ album and the summertime as I was maintaining a dark brown color for a while. So!!! I decided to bleach my hair. I was worried and nervous since I was bleaching my hair for the first time in a while. But thanks to 3WAAU, I could recover from my damaged hair! I was worried that my hair be damaged after bleaching it. I heard the fact that I didn't bleach my hair for a while doesn't mean my scalp would hurt less. Apparently, my scalp remembers what was done to it. Scary,,, Actually, I was afraid of bleaching my hair... But thanks to the customized hair care products, my hair and scalp were not damaged as much as I worried. Yongwang-nims who have the same concerns as me! I recommend 3WAAU!!
