Dimmy is jealous when Jo Jo goes with Daffney to the Debutante Ball. Jo Jo learns to be civilized and a refined gentleman. Dimmy tries to prove that he can be as brave as Jo Jo, too. He tries to tame a wild fish and totally crashes the party. Jo Jo saves the day by luring the fish away.
