The police step up their search for any others who may be suffering from hemorrhagic fever. They also find the site where a number of bodies were dismembered, presumably by the people smugglers. Nikki continues her efforts to find the missing child and the police re-examine earlier evidence to determine who may have been involved in the ring. The virus begins to spread and the doctors may be facing a public health crisis.
