Unleashing the power of the Super Grand Cross, Seiryu counters with the Hell Grand Cross. With only enough power to unleash a single shot, the Ultra Evolution Institute launches a plan to supply the Shinkalion with auxiliary power… at the cost of depleting every system in the Institute!
