Norma pretends to help Frank out of his money problems by suggesting that he fake his own death but it turns out to be her way of getting out of her life with Monica. Policeman Tony,who is Fiona's ardent admirer,tries in vain to put her off Steve by revealing his criminal past whilst Sheila,helped by Debbie,makes an effort to overcome her agoraphobia and takes her first tottering steps into her back garden.
