His staff includes a woman who has some psychic gifts herself, as well as a skeptic who always looks askance at what happens during their investigations.

Dr. Monaghan arrives to help, but the group find themselves trapped in the university. When Justine and Craig spend a few nights in the "haunted" rooms, they wonder if sibling rivalry between the manager and her brother, or a real haunting, is occurring.
