With Lyndsay watching his every move, Terry puts the pressure on Little Dave and Chris with some new ideas to make the yard more profitable. He is desperate to impress the wife, but must he talk about redundancies at their weekly date night? Debs and Michelle have problems with their new menu, and everyone's keeping a wide berth when Terry decides to train young Boyle in the crane - can the lad surprise them all and pass his test?
