After understanding how the body is capable of generating energy for its functioning, it is time to understand how we move. We have energy and we need to transform it into movement. Let's understand how the desire to move reaches our muscles, what mechanisms the Central Nervous System needs to use to do this. Voluntary movements are much more complex than they seem, there are still movements that we do not have full control over. After understanding what a reflex is, the listener will understand that the football commentator is wrong when he says that the goalkeeper made a save “on reflex”.
