Sanford Arms

Season 1

A spin-off of "Sanford and Son". It was explained that Fred and Lamont Sanford had moved to Arizona. They sold their old house in Los Angeles and the rooming house next-door to Fred's old Army buddy Phil Wheeler. Phil tried to turn the rooming house into a hotel. Phil was depicted as a widower with two children, Angie and Nat.
