Gert and the mayor can't stomach that Alberto makes fun of them for being scared of a noise he discovers to be simply a cellar window shutter and plan an prank to expose him as worst funk. So the mayor pretends he needs a fearless hero to guard a secret file, which international criminal Jo Hallo would be after, as a fake phone call suggests. A spoilsport learns about their plan and dresses up as a ghost.
