Later, at Tommy's house, Angelica "retires" the Rugrats, just so she could watch "Cynthia P.I." in peace. It's especially important, as that episode included a sweepstakes draw for a truckload of Cynthia merchandise. But she soon learns that being in a retirement home isn't strictly quiet sleeping.
