Revelations – The Initial Journey is a 2002 TV series, produced by Cloud 9 Screen Entertainment Group in New Zealand. The stories are told through the narrator who is called Jess the Traveller and played by Tom Hern. Each episode contains a story from a different time and place in world history. The show ran for one season and it had 26 half-hour episodes.

Tomorrow is Another DayDuring his travels through Central America in 1580, Jess encounters an attractive native girl who seems to be drowning in a lake. He saves her life and although her family are grateful to Jess, others in the tribe are not so happy to see an unfamiliar face and are suspicious of a stranger. In an attempt to hide, he stumbles into a wedding in Cana where he meets Jesus, who suggests that Jess should follow him as a disciple. The Play's the ThingA theatre company is visiting the small town of Woolaroo in 1920's Australia. They discover Jess stowing away in their coach, who explains that he wants to become an actor. The group recruits him to their company but when a Hollywood producer watches their show and is impressed by Jess's acting talents, bitter jealousy soon arises fueled by the melodramatic failed actor and theater manager.
