What would you do if you could travel back in time and undo what's been done? "Retake" follows a story about time travelers from the future and those whose mission is to keep close watch on them. Aratani Shinji has lost everything--his career, family, and friends--as a result of the quirks of fate. As the head of the Census Management Section at the Ministry of Justice, he carries out a top-secret mission direct from the Parliamentary Secretary for Justice to isolate time travelers who have come from the future at a dedicated residential area and put them under probation.

エピソード 1At Tokyo Racecourse, a man and a young woman are looking for something with binoculars. They are Shinji Aratani and Kaoru Nasuno, who work for Registry Supervision Division of Ministry of Justice. They spot a man dressed in all white who keeps betting trifecta, as if he already knows the race results...a typical action for "time travelers." エピソード 4A fire occurs in house in residential area. Then, a man suddenly appears on the rooftop of an apartment building and leaps into the burning house using a rope, and saves a boy who being unconscious inside the house… He then suddenly disappears without a trace, and he was dressed in…all white.
