Most people look at a Louisiana swamp and see a swamp. Cajuns see a smorgasbord. We'll dive into the bayous of Louisiana, harvest crawfish and feast on our catch with students of the University of Lafayette. Louisianan's are known for their ability to celebrate what matters most in life: community and food. And that's all rooted in the Catholic faith that's at the bedrock of Cajun culture.
