Not only does the camera put you in the middle of the high-pressure kitchen of a trendy eatery, right along side the shallots and peppercorns, but it transports you to Dublin and immerses you in the city's rich culture. There are abundant scenes shot outdoors on streets and venues amidst the bustle of Irish urban life. Dublin is on constant display and it looks simply grand. Book my ticket, please. The pace is fast, the banter is as sharp as a chef's knife, and the drama is served up....raw.
