    A Dead Man's TruthA rookie cop and his partner are called to a break in at a shop, when they arrive they go into a dark shop and start to search it. The criminal is still inside and when they find him an altercation ensues and ends up with the rookie cop shooting the burglar. After an autopsy Quincy quickly discovers that the story the rookie is telling is not the truth. With a crusading TV reporter looking into police brutality Monahan wants Quincy to find out exactly what happened and why the rookie is lying before the reports condemn him and ruin his chance of a career in the police.

Several of the town's residents become gravely ill with similar symptoms, but the local doctors are unable to find a cause. Quincy discovers the cause, but also finds a cover-up at the corporate level. It's a race for time to uncover the culprits, as well as deliver the antidote while fighting the resistance of the hospital's top administrator.

    Gone But Not ForgottenNothing is adding up for Quincy in this episode. A prominent CEO is found apparently murdered in his office, and a suspect with a motive is in custody. However, the autopsy is uncovering some very strange test results, and every lead that Quincy follows seems to have happened 8 years earlier. Quincy eventually is able to tie things together, and discovers an extensive murder plot that was eight years in the making.

    Double DeathQuincy has doubts about Dr. Asten's findings in an autopsy that he performed on a man who died in a nightclub fire. Asten believes that the man is a victim of a homicide, while Quincy believes it could be natural causes.

    Requiem for the LivingWhile working late at the lab Quincy and Sam are taken hostage by syndicate chief Vincent DiNardi. He has been poisoned and wants the two medical examiners to find out how the toxin was administered. Once he knows that he can make sure arrangements are completed for his revenge before he dies.
