Nineteen-year-old, Stacy, heads to college in Tempe, Arizona but vanishes during the first week of classes. Her father becomes desperate after the case grows cold, and he hires psychic, Gale St. John, to help Tempe police find a lead. St John informs detectives that Stacy has been murdered and that her killer is looking for his next victim.
