She promises to lead Tara to an affordable and comfortable suburban Toronto home she'll love, and with her limited budget, Sandra recommends she consider a town home. At first, Tara loves the idea but in reality, the boxed-in space makes her feel claustrophobic. Sandra then comes up with a few other options. But with Tara's fast-approaching deadline, will she find the perfect one?
