But when it comes to buying their first home, he fancies a quiet turnkey property in the suburbs while she has her eye on a downtown Tampa pad in the middle of all the action. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to find them a family-friendly home where they can put down roots. But since they're literally miles apart on location, her first job is to figure out their bottom-line priorities. Then the search is on for a home that reflects Ryan's need for space and Jennifer's desire to be closer to the ocean.
