Tired of paying sky-high rent in their native Brooklyn, Terrance and Daniel have set their sights on Charlotte, North Carolina where they can actually afford to buy a home of their own. But house hunting out of state can be tricky, especially when you don't know the first thing about your destination. That's where property expert Egypt Sherrod comes in. She leads the couple on a targeted house hunt and they're immediately impressed by how much home they can get for their money. But while Terrance is willing to pay top dollar for a luxurious house with a pool, Daniel is determined to stick to the lower end of their budget.
