An unusual source warns Kate and Dave about doing renovations but, nevertheless, they get to work on renovating their new home. When Jonathan finds multiple plumbing issues, the couple's financial plan could get flushed. And as the crew works overtime, Kate and Dave's daily visits and nitpicky questions start to grate on Jonathan.
