From time to time, police have to withdraw to a primary school in the capital because of a bomb alert. Lieutenant Colonel Rózner satisfies the inertia of the district and asks Simon to get involved in the matter and help find out who may be behind these threats. Simon has no idea that his son Marci will be the key figure in the case. Meanwhile, Simon also finds a cool spot for his black London taxi one morning.
