The Jewel Riders embark a voyage through the great Sea of Avalon to reach a magical island with a Wizard Jewel. On their way, the Riders discover an underwater kingdom of mermaids. Tamara transforms into a mermaid when she grabs the Magic Pearl and at the same time a merboy, who snatches her Heart Stone becomes human.
