After receiving an email from her biological mother, Tess is torn between responding or cutting off communication from her completely. Can she find it in her heart to give her mom a second chance? Meanwhile, Tess and Alexis are mortified by their little sister Gabby's boring wardrobe, so they take it upon themselves to give her a "sexy" makeover--but will Andrea approve of Gabby's new look?
