Using the advice of Aleksey, the former director of the plant, the friends are trying to establish the sale of the resulting alcohol. Irina helps her son Vasya memorize articles of the Criminal Code so that he gets a job in the police, and discovers an excise stamp in the brochure as a bookmark. This pushes Ira to solve sales problems.
